Move2Swipe ("the App") is developed and operated by The Chaos Group Consulting, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we collect your Google account email address and a unique account identifier. Sign-in is optional — the App works fully without an account.
With your explicit permission, the App reads fitness data from Android Health Connect, including:
This data is read locally on your device to verify activity completions. It is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
With your permission, the App may read this Health Connect data in the background (while the App is closed) so it can automatically verify your activity goals on a periodic basis. Only the resulting completion status — not your raw health data — is synced to your own cloud account for backup. You can revoke background access, or all Health Connect access, at any time in the Android Health Connect app.
With your permission, the App reads which apps are in the foreground using Android's Usage Stats API. This data is used solely to enforce the app-blocking feature and is never transmitted off your device.
If you sign in, the following data is synced to our cloud database (Google Firestore) to allow backup and restore across devices:
This data is associated with your Google account ID and stored securely in Google Firestore.
Subscription and purchase status is managed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card details. We receive only a non-personally-identifiable token confirming your subscription status.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the App:
Cloud-synced data is retained as long as your account exists. Completion history older than 90 days is not synced. You can delete all cloud data by signing out and contacting us to request account deletion (see Section 7).
Move2Swipe is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your cloud data is stored in Google Firestore with authentication-gated access rules — only you can read or write your own data. Fitness and usage data never leaves your device. We follow industry-standard practices to protect any data we handle.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
